I am suffering from eye sightedness. Please suggest me the ways that is proper diet to be followed and some drops for regular use to increase my sight?

Please do netra-yog, eye wath and neti suitable for you. Wet some trifala powder in 1 cup of water at night. Next early morning filter that with cotton cloth and wash your both eyes with that filtered water. Live with nature be pleasant. Thanks.
