Hello Doctor, I am on treatment for epilepsy since 2008. Eeg, mri reports are normal. Taking 1g sodium valproate and 750 mg Levetiracetam since then. Had total 6 seizure attacks in the last 11 years. Reason - Sleep was less. Last fit was 3 years back in Aug 2015. Should I continue taking the medicine? Please advise as I really do not want to take medicine unnecessarily. Also, me and my wife are thinking of planning baby now. Does this medicine has any impact on sperm? Thanks.

You can easily plan family. Better to continue medicines. Can reduce dose after discussing with Dr.
