I will give you some tips 1. Relax your mind and be calm. 2. Have dinner 2hrs before you go to bed. 3, do not work on the computer on the bed. 4, take hot water bath before going to bed. 5. Drink a glass of hot milk at bedtime. 6. Listen to soothing music or do some light reading on the bed.
