I am having a problem af smelling through armpits. Its a very foul smell it usually increase whenever I am in fear or I am restless. I have used many techniques and medications but nothing works.

This could be because of hyperhidrosis. Hyperhydrosis is a genetically determined condition and it's difficult to reduce sweating by using medication.
