Pain in chest today I did work out and then I am feeling pain in my chest and Back too what to do doctor suggest me.

Over straining is the cause.. and if you are doing any form of exercise for the first time its common that you would get some sort of pain..its always advicable to do exercises under a guidance.. Dont stop the exercise suddenly..do it alternate days or do for small duration..let your body adjust to the form of exercise you are doing..do some warm up before starting any kind of exercise.. If pain still persists proper examination is needed..
