I went to a urologist for a burning sensation in my groin area (testis perinium and rectum. He wanted to check my prostate and testicles. He wore a pair of gloves and started pressing my testicles. He used his thumb on my left testicle and the first two fingers on my right testicle. He pressed them totally and I felt like a spongy ball is being pressed when his thumb touched his first two fingers through my testis. I felt like he was about to burst my testis but I never felt any pain during the process. I am scared he did a major damage to my testis like bursting or blocking them. When he left my testicles, they took their original form like before like what happens when we totally press a spongy ball and leave. Next he did a rectal examination of prostate using his fingers inside anus. At the end, he said I was totally fine. Did he destroy my testicles? How am I supposed to know my testis are ok. Please help.

Dear , your impression and interpretation is grossly wrong. He must have palpayed spermatic cord above testis which would be painless but testis when pressed is very painful and in extreme case pain is severe enough to stop the heart -vasovagal shock. So rest assure that your testis are normal still if you want to confirm then usg of testis with color doppler would put your mind at rest
