Hi sir, I have to tell something about myself. I bath 2 times a day with hot water which is of room temperature. I have bathing two times a day with hot water. Someone told me this is not proper to your sperm count. Can you tell me does hot water really affect the sperm count? I am bathing with normal hot water, not from geysers or even some electronic hot water. I am bathing with normal hot water which is a normal firewood. Tell me hot water affect spermatozoa?

Hi Dear User, If the temperature in which you live is not below minus then exposure of excessive heat in gonads does decrease overall sperm count. So try to avoid unnecessary hot temperatures near the gonads i.e. the testicles. Not only hot water but even tight pants, tight underwear are not good for your sperm count.
