Sir I'm 27 years old, I'm suffering from no sexual desire, sexual dysfunction, my right portion of body was dominating but now it has no energy at all, can't walk properly cause no energy in right body from 5 years and penis fall down 5 years back still it's down only, urine stream is low, I'm suffering from Loss of appetite, dizziness,no interest to do anything, feels negative always, I don't no what is my goal, week social communication, no confidence, wants to be alone away from society, I can't take it anymore please I want to do something in life, I'm poor guy no money, unemployed and also arranged upto 20000 on this medicine but couldn't get what is the problem, gets irritated in min, no patience.
