Dear Doctor, I am 34 years old, i have been suffering from non cirrotic portal hypertension and spleenomegally since 2006. I am non alcoholic. Banding was done three times in last 9 years at different times. I am using ciplar 40mg according to my gastroenterologist suggestion. All hepatitis are negative All elements are normal. Recently I have been facing problem of erectile dysfunction sometimes. Penis is not becoming hard during sex. Is it because of usage of beta blockers for longer duration? In this scenario what I can use to avoid this problem? I am so healthy and I am having all clean habits. please suggest.
