My nephew aged 18 yrs. Has not passed stool and having pain in umbilical region with remission on taking Tramadol inj. PPI and laxatives have failed. Colonoscopy revealed single ulcer and biopsy revealed mild active iilitis with lymphoid nodular hyperplasia. CT presented Mesenteric lymph nodes .enlargement and inflammation .Upper endoscopy shown normal study. Chest. And abdomen xray normal. doctor is still clueless. Problem still subsits .Please Guide us.
