Hi Doctor. Actually my BP is 120/60, this was checked 5 days before. Due to some gas problem, I have stopped to eat complete non veg. And 5 days back again done with endoscopic. Then completely my gas is left. And doctor said me to eat everything. So since 3 days eating chicken and last night I ate fish, then after 1 hour I'm getting nausea ,my nerves become like firing, head nerves, leg nerves, chest nerves, and hand nerves all. I have some tension anxiety tension also, my heart beat goes fast. And later 2 hours I took a pill of Ancolol tablet. Then I get sleep. Still I have some dizziness and numbness and legs paining. I'm requesting you to advice me some tips to. Clear it.
