I was suffering from severe gastritis for a month. I was taking pan40. Dr. prescribed pylokit. For 5 days. My question is that should I take it for 5 days only or continue for 10/15 days. I got relief with pylokit and feeling much better. But l have read that for complete h pylori eradication it has to be taken for 14 days. Please suggest me what to do. Also do I need to continue PPI or H2 blockers after stopping pylokit and for how long. I want to to get completely cured. I didn't do gastrscopy so not sure of ulcers. But taking pylokit I am feeling much better than before.
