I am having allergy all over my body. When I scratch then some big spots grow instantly. I take allegra 50 then it gives me some relief. But it is from last one year. What I have to do to get free from this allergy permanently? I had done all blood tests CBC and many other, they all are normal I had also realized that when I take sure things like pickles and tomatoes the allergy is more. Now I completely ignore these things but still the allergy grows in my body. So please tell me what can I do?
