Am diabetic from last 7 years and have problem of frequent urination, doctor advised I have overactive bladder. What to do. My BSL not remain below the normal level even duet control. Presently I am taking 20 units insulin in morning, 50/500 oarsmen in lunch and Xmettrio 2 at dinner. Kindly advise.

For overactive bladder you start antimuscarinics like solifenacin 5 mg twice daily for 15 days and see the response.
