Hi Sir, I am 20 years old I am having pain in my anus. Because of that I'm not able to go for toilet and I consulted a doctor he gave me smuth cream but because of that nozel it's painful to put inside anus. And today again I am having pain in my anus I don't know what to do. Please help me I am worried.
