I have got blood tests from Thyrocare. The AMYLASE level is 88 (normal between 28-100) The LIPASE level is 85.7. (Normal between 5.6-51.3) Is high LIPASE a cause of worry for pancreas damage? Different sites give normal LIPASE levels upto 160. Kindly advise.

Normal value is 23-85, yes some lab ranges up to 160 also it depends on the lab, I think you should recheck it from another lab, that will be better.
