I'm 37 years old female. I have more than 70 dark black spots on my face due to pimples and also more than 30 dark spots on my each hands and legs it all looks so ugly and disgusting. How can I remove all these with a home remedy. Is it possible to cure with sweat or ayurveda treatment.
