I can’t speak properly in front of new people and in public gathering. And sometimes I can’t move my tongue if somebody ask me a question. Sometimes these is stammering in my voice. I try to avoid social gathering and speaking in front of strangers. When I am alone I can speak properly without any problem. Please tell me what is my problem and how can I treat It?
