Are there any home remedies for teeth whitening? If yes, please suggest some long term or permanent remedies.

Good morning lybrate-user Thanks for the query The only home remedy to keep your teeth cleaned n white is proper brushing. Though there are certain home made things which can help but they should be in appropriate concentration otherwise sometime it can work wrong way. Sometimes teeth becomes Yellow because of accumulation of plaque n calculs .that can only be treated with Professional scaling. And if stains ate internal you need to undergo bleaching of the teeth.

Kindly get scaling and polishing done and if you want you can also get bleaching done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
