1. You should wear sunscreens on daily basis, even if it is a cloudy weather. Use it 15 - 20 min. Before going out. Use any medicated sunscreen. 2. Eat healthy balanced diet. 3. Use moisturizer. 4. Drink lots of water. 5. Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables. 6. Skin is a part and parcel of our system. So we must be healthy from inside for a healthy skin. 7. Avoid using cosmetics with lots of chemicals. Use herbal products.
