1. Posterior horn of medial meniscus is showing undisplayed tear. Lateral meniscus is normal in signal intensity. 2. Anterior cruciate ligament is bulky & hyper intensity s/o partial tear. Posterior cruciate ligament is normal in signal intensity. 3.Medial collateral ligament is normal signal intensity. Lateral collateral is showing patchy hyper intensity s/o intra-substance tear. 4. Articular cartilages are normal signal intensity. 5.Distal end of femur & proximal end of fibula are normal in signal intensity. 6.There is a ill defined & sub chandra, reticulated regions of signal intensity beneath medial tibial plateau s/o old bone break. No fresh fracture/ bone marrow edema. 7.Joint space showing mild abnormal fluid collection s/o mild synovial effusions. 8. Mild abnormal fluid collection prepatellar, supra patellar & deep patellar braces around knee. 9. Quadriceps tendon & ligamentum patella is normal signal. Can you suggest me arthroscopy or other?
