One doctor advised me to use dewax drops but if I use that drops I feel like my ear are blocked and I can note hear properly.

Yes, when you use these drops they soak into the earwax and debris and this increases its volume sometimes completely occluding the ear canal thus decreasing the hearing. At this juncture you must meet an ENT Specialist to evacuate the softened wax & debris using microsuctioning technique. This is the safest way of extracting earwax.
