Hello doctor, I am suffering from pain in my left testicle from past 4 months ultra sound scanning showed no problem. I came to know myself that my muscles in lower back (may be pelvic muscles) got pressure while riding bike. My testicle pain may be referred pain. Could you suggest me some tablets to relax pelvic muscles. I used tramadol diclofenac aceclofenac etc. Sir tablet is enough or physical tgrrapy is compulsorily needed. Thanks in advance.
