Is there any expiry date for saraswatarishta remedy? And is there any side effects of it? I am taking it for my high anxiety and depression. Or because I am going to take it because allopathic medicines are showing side effects in the form of paralysis on the right side of body and on mouth and many more big side effects. Actually I am suffering from anxiety, depression, heavy head, constant uncontrollable thinking, panic attacks etc from last 2 years.

It is safe and doesn't have any side effects nor expiry date take 4tsf of saraswatarishta in half cup of water and drink twice a day after meals upto 6 months also you can do meditation and pranayam.
