I am 18 years old and I feel instant stretching pain on the right upper side of my chest on movements like weighing any heavy thing, at the time of lying on the bed. And pain only occurs when there is movement. And the pain is now also felt little bit on left side and at the back. And I also facing an problem of dry cough, and this problem is occurring rapidly. I have done tests like x-ray, blood test (lft), urine test and e .c.g,but all the reports were normal. I am facing this problem from 10 months. What's the reason behind this stretching pain and what is the treatment for it?
