My father, 70 yrs, is undergoing treatment for GBM. 15RT and 4cycles of CT of glistroma 120 mg has been given. However he was admitted to hospital for low platelets count of 17000. Rt and CT has been stopped. 10 units of platelets transfusion plus 2 units of cells on apparatus was given over a period of 6 days. WBC count also improved from 1000 to 3000 after giving three shots of fligratism. After two days the platelets were down to 9000 and WBC count to 450. Again he has Been admitted to hospital and infusion is going on. What can we do stable his platelets count and WBC count.
