I am a Vitiligo patient. Taking Melanocyl tablets 2 nos. On alternative days and exposure to sunlight after 2 hrs for 20 minutes. Also using Melbid lotion daily at night on the affected parts and exposure to sunlight daily. MY question is I am exposing to sunlight after taking bath. Is that okay?
