Hello, It can be due to trapped gases in lower abdomen. Sex or any sort of sexual excitement leads to peristalsis (forward movement of intestines), if the person is suffering from a weak digestion thn it can lead to abdominal and teticular pain. Its best for you to take 2 figs with warm milk at bed time. It will solve your issue.
