Hi, I have mtb from past 2.5 years I have lymph nodes first at chest operation done culture gene expert done I took r rcinex combutol sinclair and some other for 2.5 years after a 2 years I got one more swollen lymph node at my neck again the procedure followed by having tablets than culture gene expert which always shows not resistance mtb detected. In these 2.5 years I had two operations and non stop medications than I did ct chest 2nd time it gave good results Dr. stopped the medication now one more lymph node swollen at my neck again did culture and 3rd time ct chest shows I have mtb detected not resistance Dr. says I have to take streptomycin everyday for 2 months is it good and other question is I am working how can I get rid ofnthe pain that I will be getting after having daily injections and do I have to take other medicines with this injections or should I do biopsy the third time again please reply and also suggest a good Dr. for this its been high Time now please.
