Got injury in left toe while playing football. I just iced on it. Still it's paining most of the times and it's more when I walk without shoe. "Fracture over base of proximal phalanx of left 2nd toe and over base of left 2nd metatarsal bone" - as X-ray report says. What is the problem actually? And what is the remedy? Can it be treated at home?
