Getting sleep is very difficult. Lay in bed for an hour before getting sleep. Want to sleep till late in morning but my eyes open every day between 4-5 am. Whatever time I go to bed.

Try to change the daily routine and bring in discipline (time management ). Sleep at the same time every day (even during the holidays ). Eat healthy food (freshly prepared homemade food is always preferable ). Have fruits and vegetables everyday. Eat light dinner at least 2-3 hrs before bedtime. Exercise everday (30 mins to 1 hour ). Read more about healthy lifestyle and adapt a holistic approach. Last but not the least learn yoga as it can rejuvenate your whole body (and mind) in a natural way.
