I have got some cuts on the foreskin of penis due to rough and dry sex. Its now paining if I pull the foreskin back, and bleeds from the cuts as well (not lots of bleeding, just some blood through those cuts). Do I need to consult a doc or is there any medicine I can apply to cure it?
