Sir, I'm 23 years old and I have a problem with my testicles. Actually, when my penis get excited then skin of testicle get tightened but when it get in normal condition skin of testicle become loose and Im worried that what went wrong with my testicle. When it becomes loose then shape of testicle get lil bit up and down. please suggest me what to do?
