Hi, I am a 25 year old male with an uncircumcised penis. A few months, 3 months to be precise I discovered that I have smegma build up under my foreskin and ever since then I have been washing my penis thoroughly but still there has been no change in the condition. Can you please suggest me if at all there is any medication or cream or ointment which can help me eradicate smegma?
