I had an accident on 18 Jan 2018 and I had a fracture in my leg and also I had a AC 3 shoulder separation. I don't want to operate it I consulted a orthopaedic doc he gave shoulder pouch for 3 week but he said that my shoulder remains in the same position but I can do my daily routine easily. I am a gymnastic .please advise how can my shoulder become to it's original position.

Body heals itself but it need time. As you are a gymnast you should get fit as soon as possible. So in my opinion surgery is the best option for you.
