Now I am 70 years old. Now and then, but not frequent I used to get testicular pain suddenly and with in seconds it will subside without any treatment. It started when I am 40 years old. I didn't get any injury. So I request you to explain what would be the cause and whether any test or treatment required. Is any treatment or tests are required not happen again?
