I'm not sexually active so no pregnancy. My iron levels are always low. I missed my periods this month. I did usg of abdomen. My gyne. Doctor told to do usg abdomen. The doctor who did usg said periods are on way to come. Uterus lining is thickening. Usg report is all normal. So when will my periods come. Does iron affect periods. Shall I be concerned. What should I do next.
