Saw 4 doctors. Everyone suggested for TKR of rt knee I am able to walk but very slowly. My age is 67 years. This problem started 4 years ago. If the situation remains same in future I may not opt for TKR. MY QUESTION WILL THE SITUATION MAY GET FURTHER WORSEN OR REMAIN SAME. I AM ABLE TO MAINTAIN MY WEIGHT SAME FOR LAST MANY YEARS. MY HEIGHT 5 FT 6 IN WEIGHT IS 82 KG IT IS HIGH FOR ME.

Hi. 1) please reduce weight by 10 kgs in one year 2) don?t go for walking instead do static cycling for 7 minutes 3) do knee exercises 2 times a day 4) always wear nice sports shoes while going out.
