Hello sir, I am suffering from lower back pain (between joint) from long time ,the pain is not more but when blood circulation increases or when we take some vitamin tablets than pain also increases in comparison to previous pain. Sometimes also pain in ankle. Can anyone suggest me what I can do.

Change food habites add in your daily food calcium vitamins minirales proteins milk end milk products dry fruites fruites and green vegitabales salad. Do aerobic excersices yoga will help you. Take Ķeva ortho Care capsule 1 capsule 30 minutes before lunch end dinner. Massage Ķeva anti pain oil on painful area morning end night for a month than consult me for further treatment.

As you wake up in the morning, apply pressure on your palms (front n back) for 10 minutes. Afterwards rub your hands together till they r warm.

A good way to diffuse general body pains: 1.take a long hot bath in water in which a few cups of Epsom salts have been added. 2.If you suspect your body and pains are due to stress-get plenty of sleep and try to reduce or eliminate the cause of your stress. 3.Meditation, deep breathing and yoga.

From last six month I feel strain in my left shoulder collar area. although I exercise regularly. Also I feel strain left upper left chest area near neck. Is it might some kind for infection or some thing else. What kind of test I should do to rectify problem.

It must be some muscle pull, because infective lesions are generally sore irrespective of movement, whereas inflammatory muscle pull generally sore when stretched. you must be having some form of tendinitis. give urgent attention because lesions around shoulder generally leads to adhesive capsulitis if not mobilized regularly.

There are various causes for mouth ulcers: *diet *deficiency *irritating fillings *stress/ allegries *late night *wisdom tooth *broken teeth etc. You need to find out the exact cause. It could be one of the above. You need to see your nearest dentist at your earliest. Till then you can apply this gel called rexidin m forte on the affected area twice a day.

Hi Thanks for your query and welcome to Lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from Fortis hospital, New Delhi. You are very young to actually have persistent back pains. If you have localized back pain with no other symptoms like radiating leg pain, neurological symptoms like numbness, weakness, paresthesias etc, then you can start with following recommendations for initial period of 2-3 weeks: - To maintain proper posture of your back while working and sleeping - If pain is more then you can take a short course of an anti-inflammatory medication like tab etoshine or paracetamol or one which suits you - Physical therapy initially under supervision of a trained physiotherapist and then to continue at home - Adequate calcium & vitamin d intake if levels are low in body - Ice packs can applied if your pain is acute, then hot fomentation can be done at home - Analgesic spray for local application can be used and is easily available. - Avoid lifting heavyweight/ acute forward bending in mornings etc We will observe you for next 2-3 weeks how you respond to this conservative management protocol. If you are not feeling better, then we will have to get some investigations like, dynamic x rays of lower back and few blood tests for evaluation. Good question. After the age of 50 all the females should undergo regular chekup of their breast by a surgeon. In adition they wil advice you memography which is somthing like x ray to rulout tumor (cancer). I think every six month you should do it. Do anyone from your family has cancer of breast than you may have more chances of that. If you do not have any kids than also chances of breast cancer increases. In adition if you have not given breastfeeding to your kids than also chances of cancer breast are more.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

Nowadays its bcause of your profession and improper posture you had a chance of getting pain. So please correct your posture such that your spine must be always in straight erect position. Then start stretch your spinal muscles and abs. Keep icing for relaxing your muscles, sttegthen your back and abs muscles.

Do contrast bath therapy- Take hot water in one tub & cold water in another tub, first dip your feet in hot water for 3 min then immediately in cold water for 1 min, keep repeating for 20-25 min twice a day Avoid walking on uneven surfaces Do ankle pumps & stretching of plantar fascia Use foot rest while sitting Keep silicone insoles in footwear.

Calf Stretches Standing calf stretch Stand away from a wall and. Put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Downward dog yoga stretch Get down on all fours with your hands under your shoulders on the floor. Walk your hands forward slightly on the floor. Spread your fingers apart to allow for a broad base of support. Push your hips up toward the ceiling and tighten your abdominal muscles. Keep your heels on the ground and gently try and straighten your knees. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
