I feel a tingling on my left chest and pressing the spots that are tingling its a bone in the middle of my chest on the left (rig cage bone on the left) that hurts. This is the last bone at the middle of the chest that ends the ribcage. Walking makes it worse probably due to swinging of the left arm. What could it be?

It can be costocondritis.....or intercostal muscle pain... If you can give more details I will be able to prescribe a good Medicine for permanent cure... Till then take Belladonna 30 one dose Homoeopathic..
