My dentist did root canal and fixed a crown on it last year April and the crown was not properly fixed by my dentist should I now remove and refix it or is it ok. And will cavity enter my tooth and if enters what to do.

If it was not fixed properly then it should be corrected.. Second cavity is not something from outside... It can occur from improper hygiene... And also by low immunity... So cap does not prevent it.. completely... It is better to support it with proper hygiene and Homoeopathic treatment..
