Hi Doctor, I am 38 year woman. A fitness freak. I eat all healthy stuff and do intense workout 5-6 times a week. I am only worried about my habit of consumption of Alcohol which happens 3-4 times in a week. I will not say that I want to quit this completely but want have a grip on this harmful habit. I tried home remedies and my will power as well but nothing worked really. Please help me in getting some solution to this. Prescribe me some medicine if this can be the option. Thanks in Advance.

Alcohol may be due to boredom or showing off or due to some mind issue you may be facing. You need to discover that issue and solve it. Ignore discipline/willpower, try love for yourself. Love yourself completely, forgive yourself, accept yourself completely. Practice mindfulness. This path will solve your problem.
