I am a diabetic type 2 and HTN for the last for 40 years and I have been diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma oral in the year 2011 and had gone under surgery twice and chemotherapy and radiation no abnormal uptake till now and suffering from enlarged prostate problem and phyciatiatic OCD and bipolar disorder for the last 35 years of smoking for the last for the 50 years and I have been diagnosed with depression and suffering from enlarged prostate problem and phyciatiatic OCD and bipolar disorder for the last for the last 35 years on medication I have got difficulty can't climb staircase or come down and and during surgery all my teeth have been removed I am unable to chew properly the food so I am taking Roti and daal sabzi all mashed and glass of milk and fruit juice once in morning and fruit juice once in the evening skin and tarbuja ka beej in water and anger and Badam soaked over night in water and consume in the morning after breakfast in breakfast I have oats take a day with answer and Badam soaked over night in water added to chennai water in breakfast and I am taking Roti and daal sabzi all mashed and glass of milk and fruit juice once in the evening skin and tarbuja ka beej in water and then my food mashed Roti and daal sabzi all mashed in afternoon and dinner. Please suggest accordingly the course of action I should take now. Thanks.
