Hello I am 21 and I am in love with my maternal cousin but im having some doubts regarding children in future will there any problem marrying my maternal cousin? Please help with this.

If you have certain diseases or genetic predispositions, there will be increased chance of transferring it towards offspring, otherwise it is pretty fair, many cultures of the world embraced it like ancient egypt, but my personal opinion is you are too young to decide about the fate of the relationship.
