Marrying a nearer relative is known as consanguineous marriages. They invite diseases due to gene links. So definitely the hereditary disorders increase in next generations when you marry to close family members.
If you have certain diseases or genetic predispositions, there will be increased chance of transferring it towards offspring, otherwise it is pretty fair, many cultures of the world embraced it like ancient egypt, but my personal opinion is you are too young to decide about the fate of the relationship.
