First of all you should not apply pressure at all. But you should try to hold the urine before going for urination.
Start with pelvic floor exercises. Drink plenty of water daily.
Avoid fried oily and spicy food items. To avoid complications you shuld do following investigation
urine routine urine culture and sensitivity.
