Sir. I am 27 old male, my foreskin is too tight. I am recently having itching problems. I do not know whether the itching problem is in penis or foreskin. However I want to get rid of the foreskin, its too tight. I have tried using oils n massages but it never helped. I can not even discuss this with my family its hard to explain and I do not want them to know about it. please recommend a doctor. A govt hospital would b great.
