My daughter who is 3.4 years old has call constipation problem. Last week I gave 3 anemia as per doctor advice. Last Saturday I gave the last anemia. Till now she didn't had bowel movement. What should do? Thought of castor oil. So whether it would be good to give? Or is there any other way?

Many Children usually do not pass stools for ten days at a stretch but we should be sure that there abdomen is soft and gripe water needs to be given daily and For constipation I will suggest you to eat food with high fiber content like green leafy vegetables and can also eat bananas at bedtime as it is effective as a laxative
