Hello sir, after doing a small workout i.e push ups my fingers stars vibrating. As well as as after doing squats with legs, my feet starts little vibrations. I am also taking rich calcium and vitamin D supplement from 4 months as well as using multivitamins but no satisfactory results. What is the reason behind the variations. My mother is also having such vibration problem and tiredness.

It happens because your involved muscles are not used to it and at that time the muscle cells is not able to perform its duty
