From 3 years every winter this skin problem occurs. When ever my body is exposed to sunlight or when ever I do something that produces heat in my body. The itching occurs. The itching is all over my body including my head scar and it is very severe. I have seen many skin specialists and had allopathy medicines they gave and also applied the different body locations they provided but this problem never ends. After the itching my skin turns red but there are no rashes. Please do help me.
