I would like to know whether I should do exercise during my frozen shoulder, because when I am trying to use my right hand on the back side, like tying my hair or raising my right arm straight to hold the bus rod it is paining tremendously, should I keep my right hand in rest or should I keep trying even if it pains.

No you need to do some exercises i ll tell what all the exercises you can perform Keep your hand in 90 degree position and slowly try to move it upwards till 120 degree hold this and repeat Use ice pack to the shoulder it help you in reducing pain If you have dumbell then take 1 kg dumbell and perform exercises with that slowly
